Why? Why are you using it? What are you using it for?

What type of media is it? Where did you get it from? Is there copyrights and/or creative commons (CC)?

Each media has its own rules. What type of media is it? Each media only allows you to use a certain length of their property, we need to make sure we do not go above that time limit.

We need to make sure that what we are using is for educational purposes only. All orginal creators must recieve credit for their work and any work you use that is not your own. Make sure you know where you get your ideas from.
